Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps up to 8 and is supremely comfortable with a large, Sundance Altamar hot tub for 6 and deck with patio furniture and gas BBQ in the spacious, fully fenced backyard in the pines. The living room has a large, rock fireplace, micro-fiber suede sofas with queen hide-a-bed, large TV with lots of cable channels, and DVD, stereo with CD player, TV with cable in the downstairs den next to the wet bar and game room, large master bedroom with California king bed, tiled bathrooms, guest bedrooms- one with Cal King bed, the other with two twin beds plus bunk bed, full kitchen with tile counters, hardwood floors, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer in the laundry room, free local calls and parking for 4 cars off-street. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house.
This home is perfect for one or two families, or up to 4 couples.
We do not allow pets, and this lovely home does have many levels of stairs.
The lower den opens off to the hot tub and large, fenced backyard that backs to
forest on two sides.
